Truth or Carol

It was the first time we were hosting Christmas and we wanted to make sure everyone would have a great time. We looked for a way to get everyone into the Christmas spirit and I came up with the idea to play a Christmas game. It turns out there aren't that many great Christmas games out there, so I made one.

Now it's become our Christmas tradition, and it spread to New Year's Eve get-togethers, a class party, and a company holiday event, always with the same magic: family, colleagues, strangers, and friends singing, opening up, and surprising themselves.

Now I take prototypes everywhere (version 2000?). Every Christmas, we play it as a family.

Christmas is at its best when we feel closer to the people we care about. That's what Truth or Carol makes happen.
